- Remove confidential documents. Do this before the clearance.
- Don’t leave sensitive information on devices. Deal with anything on computers, laptops and printers before they go.
- Separate equipment where you can. It makes recycling easier.
- Include the forgotten corners. Storage rooms and unused office areas are worth clearing while we’re there.
- Tell us about the access. Which floor, whether there’s a lift, and where a van can stop.
