What’s covered
Beds, mattresses, wardrobes, sofas, tables, chairs and flat-pack from IKEA and other retailers.
Large-screen TVs and other boxed electrical appliances from Argos and similar retailers.
Paint, wallpaper, flooring, tools, timber and other building supplies from Wickes and DIY stores.
Baths, shower enclosures, cabinets, sinks, toilets, taps and boxed bathroom suites from B&Q and other suppliers.
Where we collect from and deliver to
We collect customer purchases from retail stores, warehouses, trade counters and click-and-collect points. We deliver to houses, flats, offices, rental properties and construction sites.
What we need for a collection
- What you’ve bought. The item, and how big or heavy it is.
- Where it’s coming from and going to. The store or warehouse, and the delivery address.
- Whether you need a hand. Help with loading, unloading and moving heavy or bulky items is subject to prior agreement.

We’re insured
We’ve got commercial van insurance, public liability and goods in transit cover.
We’re licensed to take your waste
We’re registered with the Environment Agency. Anyone taking your rubbish should be, so ask for their number and check it on the public register. Ours included.
Scrap metal too
We hold a scrap metal dealer licence with the local council.

Which stores can you collect from?
We collect and deliver from retailers such as IKEA, Argos, Wickes and B&Q, as well as warehouses, trade counters and click-and-collect points.
Can you deliver to a building site?
Yes. We deliver to homes, flats, offices, rental properties and construction sites.
Will you help carry it in?
Help with loading, unloading and moving heavy or bulky items is available, subject to prior agreement. Tell us what you need when you get in touch.
Can I choose a delivery time?
We offer flexible delivery appointments, subject to availability.
